Seventy-five percent of my career has been in a corporate on-site facility. I’ve had the opportunity to work with all ability levels and ages, many of whom deal with chronic pain from sitting at desks all day or old sports injuries. Most chronic pains can be reduced or diminished by exercising regularly. The problem is so many of us can’t find the time and have no idea where to begin.
Your employees are smart enough to know they need to work on their fitness to stay healthy. The question is how. Each class i aim to educate how to move, strengthen, and take care of one's body. I take pride in being able to coach each person individually and understand that each person may need a different type of coaching. I believe in inspiring and empowering people to take care of themselves.
