What is Flow?

Flow is the peak performance state where you feel your best and you perform your best.

Flow is when you're hyper-focused on one thing and everything else fades into the distance. Time may slow down and seemingly speed up concurrently. “Everything was in slow motion.” “It happened in the blink of an eye." "I don’t even remember what happened.” Elite athletes cultivate flow when they need it most. This is ultimately what makes the hall-of-famers stand out from an already uber-talented crowd. Using movement, awareness, and a neuromuscular approach I aim to improve your ability to flow on a daily basis.
